Riding to Khardung La video

Riding to the highest motorable road in the world is an experience many motorcyclists wish to achieve, and we can see why. The route takes you through some of the most spectacular and drastic scenery on the planet and reaching the top must feel like an enormous occassion.

Well, imagine sharing that experience with one of your loved ones. That’s exactly what this father and son got to experience as documented in this awesome video.

As the video says, the duo had a dream to take a road trip somewhere in this world since childhood. Now, 16 years later, they decided to take that journey.

The route took them from Manila to Leh, Tso Moriri, Khardung La and the Nubra Valley. Along their Royal Enfields faced breakdowns, they traversed dilapidated roads and dodged oncoming trucks. Below you can see their account of their 680-mile journey in all of its glory.
