We’ve teamed up with intercom manufacturer Cardo to put together the ABR and Cardo Ultimate Riding Playlist. The aim is to create a selection of songs that will have you singing along in your helmet as you explore the world by bike.
And we want you to help create the playlist by submitting your favourite songs for consideration. You know, the type of tunes that are guaranteed get your pulse racing as you ride. The best submissions will make it onto the playlist alongside a few of the ABR team’s own choices. But, that’s not all.
Cardo has also given us three intercoms to give away. All you need to do is answer one simple question, alongside your submission to the playlist, to be in with a chance of winning a top of the range Packtalk Black, or runners up prizes of a Cardo Freecom 1+ and Freecom 4+.

Winner: Cardo Packtalk Black
One lucky winner will receive Cardo’s all-new premium intercom unit, the Cardo Packtalk Black. Packed full of high-end features, it’s another high-end intercom from the American manufacturer.
The new 45mm speakers benefit from Cardo’s partnership with speaker brand JBL. Cardo says they offer ‘super-high-quality’ audio, perfect for blasting out your riding tunes on the go.
The volume also auto-adjusts based on ambient background noise. It’s a handy feature that will ensure you don’t deafen yourself with Bat Out of Hell when you stop at a set of lights. The 13-hour battery life also ensures that your sing-along won’t be interrupted during a typical day in the saddle.
When it comes to speaking with other riders, Mesh technology allows you to connect with two to 15 of your friend. The unit also supports universal connection to other mainstream intercom brands. The intercom’s range is a massive 1,600 metres in perfect conditions. This reduces to 1,000 metres in what Cardo calls ‘real-world’ conditions.
