Oh, what a grey and miserable day. I was sat here in the ABR office this morning feeling uninspired, so I took it upon myself to hit up the world of Instagram to find the very best of adventure bike riding from the month of May. Within minutes, a smile was back on my face and I was feeling all warm and fuzzy inside – all is good in the world again. So, to help brighten your day, I thought I’d share these wonderful images with you.

1. Spending the weekend the right way…

Yep, I’d quite happily spend any weekend exploring California’s Big Sur by two wheels, that’s for sure.

2. Riding through the vast deserts of Jordan…

Miles upon miles of alien-like landscapes, challenging terrain and awe-inspiring views. Sounds a bit of alright to me.

3. Who likes a bit of fesh fesh…

No, but seriously. Who doesn’t!?

4. Venturing into the unknown…

For us, there’s no greater happiness than to surround yourself with natural landscapes that stretch as far as the eye can see.

5. Exploring new terrain in California…

There’s nothing quite like finding new, weird and wonderful trails to really get your teeth stuck into.

6. To take the long way home or not to take the long way home…

Without a doubt, the answer to that question is always take the long way home.

7. Exploring fascinating tunnels in Peru…

Exploring 40 mountainous tunnels in Peru? I’m game.

8. Exploring great glaciers in the Pangi Valley…

This world really is a fascinating place, and it’s just begging to be explored by two wheels.

9. Sometimes, it feels good to feel small…

Yep, stood admiring the magnificent giants in Washington is a pretty good way to feel it.

Which was your favourite photo of the bunch? I’d love to know your thoughts, and I’d also love to see the adventure bike riding photos you’ve taken this month. Post your photos and thoughts in the comments section below.
