Publisher Alun Davies launched Adventure Travel magazine over 23 years ago so that he could climb mountains and call it work. Following a motorcycle accident in 2010 Alun found himself with some enforced free time during which he launched ABR magazine - another of his passions.
Bryn has been with ABR since day one, though he took a year-long hiatus in 2011 to ski rep in Meribel. Bryn climbed the Eiger and Mont Blanc before he was legally old enough to ride a motorcycle and has since toured in Europe, Africa, the Americas, the Middle East and Asia. He became editor in 2016
Will joined the Adventure Bike Rider team in February 2017. Keen to fully immerse himself in the ABR community, Will is excited to start exploring the world on two wheels. He's your man for any marketing or advertising queries, so give him a shout and get involved.
After growing up surrounded by motorbikes, thanks to his Dad swapping them out every six months like they were going out fashion, Matthew passed his A1 license at the age of 19. Starting as a freelance video games journalist, Matthew was thrilled when he got the chance to turn his motoring-antics into a career. He subsequently went on to pass his A license at the age of 24 and now can’t wait to set off on adventures of his own.
With three kids it's hard to find time to ride, but that doesn't get in the way of Abeer's passion for all things two wheeled. Having been a member of the ABR team since 2011, Abeer is the go to person if you have a subscription or website query. And yes, you can call the ABR office and ask for A Beer.
Rob has always been wired for adventure, but in recent years that thirst for something different has been quenched by travels on two wheels. In recent years he has explored Cambodia and Thailand by bike and is always looking to get off the beaten track. Previously online editor, Rob has now moved on to edit our sister magazine, Adventure Travel.
