There’s no doubt that Chris Birch is one of the most impressive riders out there: from being an eight-time New Zealand enduro national champion, to winning the Roof of Africa hard enduro competition three times, there’s few things that Chris can’t do on two wheels.
But we could describe how good he is at riding until we run out of breath, or we could just let a video do the talking…

Along the way, Chris rides his KTM 1290 Super Adventure R like it’s a pit bike, scorching up rocky ridges, plunging into rivers, and leaping over dry creek beds.

Chris will be demonstrating his riding ability at the Kriega Display Arena, so you’ll be able to see his technical riding ability and gravity-defying stunts up close and personal.
He’ll also be speaking about his career and his life-long obsession with motorcycles at the Bridgestone Campfire Stage on the Saturday afternoon, so come along and meet someone who can bend a big adventure bike to his will and learn his tricks of the trade.
