Manufactures ,checking up on dealers

I had my bike serviced recently ,yesterday I received an email from Honda asking me how was the service .is this the norm ,from all manufacturers ?

Used to get one from BMW but haven`t had one from Yamaha.

I had the same, quite the norm now me thinks!

I got one after my car was serviced. I gave them feedback on a couple of issues but they never got back to me!

It's to make sure that you are getting good dealer service for the £80 p/h

My bikes too old to worry about dealer service :S

However, the last 2 family cars have been new Audi's and always received an email for feedback regarding how the dealer performed after every visit

All was good until I got charged almost £700 for a service hmy:

We got a new BMW 520d 2 months ago, so we will see how it goes (thumbs)
