I know, but since no one was injured, damage was minimal it is highly unlikely that the police or courts would give such an incident priority over more serious crimes. Imagine if the police and courts started to take action in all incidents like that, both would be bogged down in weeks and think what other crimes would have to be dropped to pursue motorists getting angry at each other. The bottom line is the moped would need to have ended up under the car with an injured rider (so now a reportable accident) before action would be taken.NKL990 wrote:I'm sorry!!! He drove into another vehicle, and then swerved in front of him causing him to take evasive action and that's not worth bothering with, that could easily ended with the moped under his car.Throttled wrote:It was a non reportable road accident. WELL ! , having looked at this a couple of times it is really obvious that the large gent [ OK fat Bas***d ] in the jag is at fault . But that`s not what caused me to smile , He claims to be an ex Examiner / instructor and its rather clear why EX is appropriate . AS a retired examiner myself ,IMHO the fat git would never have got through the course at Cardington with that attitude / driving skill, and God help any of the poor sods he claims to have taught to "drive" as they must all be hospitalised / dead or in jail for dangerous driving offences by now if they took his advice and by some miracle passed a test. :pinch:

I had a guy try to run me off the road a few years back I saw him pull into his drive so I parked up & walked over I resisted the temptation to slap him & took a pic of his reg No went to the police station & spoke to a guy who was as old as Ventriss in Heartbeat he wouldn't do anything no witnesses so I said ok I will I'll nip back & slap him then after an exchange of words he agreed to make a note on the PNC incase he did it to another motorcyclist.
In hindsight I should've slapped him first.

Having sold up in 2022 & retired from riding I’ve now made a return with a Fantic Scrambler.

Car driver totally at fault. I must admit the scooter rider showed far more restraint that I could ever manage in that situation, when people try to kill me through stupidity/impatience I do tend to take it personally, ie I would have tw*ted the prick.
