Ive not got a bike sorted out on this wee Island yet so im using my feet for this one.
Just wanted to get word out that on the 21st April I will be running 50miles in the Falkland Islands(malvinas)for my old regiments charity CARING FOR COURAGE.
Its going to be a tough one but im looking forward to it.
