Velocette 500 clubmans with some modifications. Its 1953 and doesn't need an mot, but the chap just wants to have it checked over.

Nice bike
Had this velo special in the 1960's
Mk8 frame, Dodkin tuned Mk2 KSS motor, Thruxton front end, sold it in early 70's the guy swopped the front end for girders and used it for vintage racing.
