Communications are good but be aware that any helmet might not be legal in the UK.

I've just bought a helmet from them and it's not kitemarked for either UK or the French equivalent.
Also as I intended to use it for racing it doesn't have the ACU gold star sticker or the French equivalent.
I bought it from the UK website but it came from a French registered importer which was not clear at the time.
Only UK dealers/importers can put the ACU sticker on and then only on a UK helmet.

The helmet I bought also came supplied but not fitted with hiviz stickers, a quick google has lead me to believe that every French supplied helmet has to have them. Not a problem if you don't ride in France or don't mind having them on your helmet.

As for communications they dealt with my returns request very quickly, hopefully the above info will help you make an informed choice and save the company time and effort.

Once bitten twice shy l recently bought 2 tyres for my car from tyreleader.co.uk they came from Germany but when l took em to be fitted the guy said there not new he said that apparently in Germany they fit em run em for a while & take the tyres off & sell em all sounds a bit far fetched to me but they didn't look new to be honest no pips on 'em & when l looked at their website others had complained about the same thing?
But l can't get the one l want anywhere in uk in my size, l suppose it's better to buy in uk when it's a few hundred quid purchase better safe than sorry???

I've just been reading about the C3 Pro on Schuberths website & it says "testing standard ECE R 22.05 therefore can be used throughout Europe" so that shouldn't be a problem?
Should l risk it mmmmmmmm....??

I've used tyre leader for bike tyres--no problem. However, I believe that in Germany any hire car and similar involved in an accident, even minor, has to have all its tyres changed--this is the main source for secondhand tyres in the UK--they come over in container loads--I've used them --and so far 100% and half price or less--but choose carefully and make sure they are checked properly and you are there to see it-- don't race around or run a high performance vehicle.

I've just double checked and you're right. It can either be kitemarked "OR" have the 22.05 standard.

So you're good to go but you may have an issue with a French supplied helmet if riding in France without the hiviz stickers. I did notice that the helmet I bought was marked as French supplied, I would have put the stickers on, but without the gold star rating it was no good to me.

One other thing is that my helmet took a while to get here, they did inform me of the delivery date when I bought it and I guess they'd do the same for all purchases.
