berwyn mountain trials - some help & direction

hey guys,
Heading up to Micks place in the berwyn mountains for a days tuition.

I was hoping some one who knows the area might suggest some ride outs,
or even have a GPX file they could let me have.


I am on enduro bike this time so the more extreme the better.
