Today in Glasgow
Re: Today in Glasgow
Yawn.
Imagine the grief we 'No' voters would get if the 'Yes' won and we kept bleating on and on and on about it and demanding another vote! It would be "Can't you understand democracy?" or "the people have voted, STFU" etc etc

I've no idea how to add a signature.

Re: Today in Glasgow
i am surprised the beeb dont run it, and the Daily Mail, both seem adept at non stories. Is it going to be a case of keep re-running the vote until certain people get the answer they require ?
Re: Re: Today in Glasgow
I want a re-run of the General Election because I didn't like the result.
Honestly, every party agreed that the referendum was a one off so let it go, it's boring and the result won't change.

It will be , until they get the result they want. Also expect the whole friggin 'England is disrepecting us' and 'not keeping promises' shite to continue. The 'yes' lot are as disingenuous as the UK Parliamentarian traits they pretend to despise.
Re: Re: Today in Glasgow
Hey Hands Off; The Scots love celebrating a loss. We do it for everything else (football, rugby, fighting the English), so why not the referendum? lets face it, we keep hearing about England winning the world cup, when there are now so few alive who can remember it:whistle:
If re-running a referendum is good enough for Brussels, it is good enough for us.
More seriously there are some who want to re-run, however I believe the majority are keeping Cameron Et Al under pressure to deliver the promises made. If he does, it will be a first, so the tactics are necessary. And it was a nice day for a run...
