Between a big rock and a hard place

Took the opportunity to try the mountain bike trails above Rostrevor this morning, tackled the 26km red route, a big climb to start with but worth the effort

Was a bit overcast today, but quite mild, so pleasent enough, the route goes up quite high above Kilbroney park

A good mixture of forest and open heathland

Great colours in that 1st photo, shame it's out of focus. You'll have to go up there again ;)

That does look like a fab route (assuming it's the same place): 26K at the rate this guy is going is a damn good workout.

LOL, yeah might have to go back up to get one of my lungs back, not surprised the photo was out of focus, there would have been a wee shake in the hands at the time
