Took the opportunity to try the mountain bike trails above Rostrevor this morning, tackled the 26km red route, a big climb to start with but worth the effort
Was a bit overcast today, but quite mild, so pleasent enough, the route goes up quite high above Kilbroney park
A good mixture of forest and open heathland
Felt more like 126km by the time i got back
Well recommended for those into Montain bike riding

Great colours in that 1st photo, shame it's out of focus. You'll have to go up there again
living an ordinary life in a non-ordinary way

That does look like a fab route (assuming it's the same place): 26K at the rate this guy is going is a damn good workout.
