Help - tempory lodgings required Orpington area Kent

Just in case.... putting a shout out for short term accommodation for a couple of weeks - ish room to rent in Orpington area,
My lad has just secured a Job at FORT HALSTEAD :woohoo: starting Monday 24th Sept, having trouble finding decent affordable rooms to let so rather than having to leap in at the deep end - some only do 12 month lets :unsure: and find its a grot hole, think it will be easier to lodge short term and eyeball them easily once up there.

He's Ollie on the XRV forum, aged 22, sensible, clean, interactive, geography graduate, got an Africa twin, but probably come up with a car.
