It has been replaced now by the Shark Evo One, which just from having tried that and the Evoline 3 on, its clear to see its an improvement and a superior helmet.

The best on test is a bit of a surprise (thumbs)

Can be used full face or open face, also has sun visor.
I've been wearing one for two years now. Suits my riding.

That's exactly the helmet I bought, and for the reason it can be used open or closed.
But as I said I found it VERY noisy.
Sooooo disapointed, now sitting on top of my wardrobe gathering dust

There have been issues with the Shark Evo One of the visor getting scratched because there isn't enough clearance.

Evoline 3 still a current product by Shark.

Indeed, the Multitec remained a current product for a while after the Neotec was released. It's gone now though, as will the Evoline 3 eventually. Both the stores where I tried the Evo One have stopped stocking the Evoline 3. Should mean there's great deals coming up on Evoline 3's though.

Glad I went for the Neotec then! Sending it back now would be a right pain for me, the helmet it replaced is in the bin having been contaminated with petrol.

I also have a shark Evo 3. It's very comfy...very big and OK to wear.

But...any rain and it steams up in a second. I had a row with a senior shark bod at the NEC..he said they never steam up...so I went onto my phone and showed him the many articles and reports that say they do on the net. He said it was all lies.

In the rain the only way to ride it is open faced. That said it's my summer lid and it works for what I want it to.

It's not quiet at all..but if you want quiet then forget flip lids..!

I do like my shark but it's 100% not an all year round lid.
