You're not wrong , which is what I tend to use my camera for!

A sticker is a badge that provides information to others, false or otherwise, whilst 'potentially' inflating ones ego , a photograph is a keepsake.

As you correctly say though, each to their own. ;)

I try and buy a sticker when I'm away. Try petrol stations and auto' shops etc.

Remember, if you didn't go, it doesn't count!! There's always the passport to show for proof B)

Except when doing much of Europe, the Alps for example, the passport doesn't get stamped, despite riding/driving through 9 or more different countries.

You're quite right. I was thinking of countries a bit further away ;)
