KTM 990 Rally Raid Screen

I fancied changing the look of my 990 and ideally wanted it to look like a Dakar Bike with the double round headlight etc etc. I saw a few mods on various Farkles websites but eventually settled for the "Rally Raid" screen. it looks good and in the next couple of days ( when the proper wind dies down!) will see how good it is at air deflection.

how did you get on with the screen and what is your height and inseam ?

It works well, perhaps even a little better than the standard screen, but certainly no worse. I'm a 32 inside leg and I'm 6 ft tall. If you wear a paked type lid then you just have to get your head position right for the wind to flow over your head, but I guess that's true of any bike.

Thanks. Actually I've had the touring screen on with a wunderlich spoiler since I bought the bike so still haven't tried the standard. 6'4" with 35" inseam here. I've tried the taller options. I think it might be time to try shorter.

Just ordered one of these am 6' with 31" inseam so little longer in the body, thought it would be worth a go.

For anyone wanting the twin headlight look like the original 950 Rally bike, Rally Raid are developing a version of their new Evo 2 kit (for 690s) to fit 950/990s, which is fairly close to the original....
