The seat on it reminds me of a Suzuki Van Van.

Not sure thats a good thing though. But apart from that a beautiful bike.

Wrong colours if it's going to be a classic KTM, should be white/blue. Is this just a mock-up or are they really going to make it?

You're right, it's done by Oberdan Bezzi, and he pretty good imo. He does numerous prototype concepts, and gets it pretty close on occasions.
