We live in a country where the freedoms we once had are quickly being eroded.
it only takes a short look at how the Well off Farmers who blockaded city streets with their 50 grand tractors were treated and compare that to the treatment of a few young and old powerless female climate protestors to see where this country is heading.
Fine if you have money and power but the little people will be kept in line.
Its always been this way to an extent but its got much worse.
This latest LAW should wake a few people up, but it wont ...I fully suspect the old "you have nothing to worry about unless you've done something wrong" garbage to get reeled out but it wont be you or I that decide what is right and wrong.
This law means they dont even have to have a reasonable suspicion of wrong doing.
They say its to combat the blight of phone theft and such, great, thats a drop in the ocean compared to the many millions allowed to be robbed from us during the covid VIP channel handouts to name just one example of the rich fecking us over again all with assumed legality installed by other rich powerfull people
