knee guards....not the cheap strap ons...

Okay for years i used the starwars style plastic shin and knee protection with velcro straps...they slipped down or the bushes pulled them off...
So ive been reading :whistle: up on new to me style knee guards with some having wonderous impact stuff in them...
What i want is front knee protection and side impact too from slow for some fast for me :laugh: ..falls or strikes with trees when it all goes petetong :woohoo: ...comfort and ease of use for a not getting any younger bloke ...
These are to be worn Under...either summer touring pants or enduro lightweight pants ...
I know some folks use them so over to you....
Its also strange how the mountain bike guys stuff is similar to offroad biking gear..

Russ I am using the Leatt ones with 3d armour in and they were tested last week when I fell off and bashed my knee! (must have been bad as it still hurts now! but without pads would have been very bad) the armour is soft to touch but goes hard on impact, then back to soft afterwards. I have weak knees anyway so I try to buy the best I can afford. I would like knee braces but they are out of my budget and some say quite restrictive. I bought mine at the dirtbike show so could try a few on. Also I find mountain bike stuff is really good as well
