I suspect not, as provisional licences are only valid within their country of issue, this would also apply to a CBT??

Although you can only ride on a provisional licence in the country it is issued in, you can in fact get cbt and a provisional licence/learner permit in another country and ride there IF you can get insurance there.

I was alerted to this by someone who wanted to visit here from the UK on a provisional licence/learner permit. He simply got a learner permit here. Not sure if he was able to use his cbt or had to do it here [we call it IBT].

Insurance you sort on line and would need a new policy as learner permit insurance won't cover you riding outside your country.
