Mosko Moto and Thule - great combo

Post by deksawyer »

I've had the Mosko's for a while after getting rid of the monstrous Gobi's, but never used them. But with a few trips this year I though I'd test fit everything to ensure perfect harmony...

Since my tent is quite long when it's packed down, I went for a waterproof Thule Chasm duffel bag (I think it's 90L) for that as well as all the other long things I'll be needing. It all seems to fit together well. I've lowered the panniers about 30mm since the pics and it's all harmonious, I'm glad to say.

I'm going to get some Steelcore security straps to lock everything on the bike.

That Thule bag is massive! Great for crossing France as you can fit a baguette in (thumbs)
And now, Harry, let us step out into the night and pursue that flighty temptress, adventure.

Well, my thinking behind the Thule was, since my tent is 71cm long when packed, and it just fits inside it, I may as well put the longer items I have in there as well, i.e. tarp poles, chair, table etc...
It doesn't look quite so big in the flesh...
