Star Wars is not the issue just the faction, If you went imperial especially bounty hunter then you could still pull it off.

So flea bay is out, may have to check out army surplus market stalls, you could even get pre battle scar ones... :lol:
I considered opposing forces for each side, To highlight Star Wars as a methaphor for the duality of existence, Newtons opposing forces, the Ying & Yang etc,

But then i remembered they were just a couple of cheap Metal Panniers... (thumbs)

Just had a look, has the same boxes as mine listed (£29.99) but out of stock at the moment, they do have these though:

https://www.surplusandoutdoors.com/shop ... 32745.html

£19.99 - Not quite as big, if my maths are right volumes below:

Mine = 365x440x190mm = 30,514,000mm^3 = 30.5 Litres
25mm Box = 120x320x340 = 13,056000mm^3 - 13 Litres

Hi Millenium,

I'd be interested to see how you made the fitment to the pannier rails for these boxes! I'm looking at doing the same myself and you've had a stroke of genius there!

I'd be another one interested in understanding the fitment to the rails.

This is brilliant. I've attempted to do something similar with a waterproof camera case.
Really hate the look and weight of OEM back boxes so made this:ImageImage
