Yes, my son was in Japan a few years ago and he reckons it was fantastic. :)

Was watching a program on telly last night showing Joanna Lumley visiting Japan. Fascinating country. I've passed through it a couple of times years ago but only stopped over for the night each way so only gleaned that it was bloody expensive.

I've toured mid and south Japan twice. They drive on the correct side of the road which makes it easy for us Brits.

Spring is the best time to go when the Cheery Blossom is out, the streets and parks are awash with colour.
There are plenty of Hot Spring baths you can call in after a day's riding to soke away any aches and pains.

The food is great, But remember to take a knife, fork and spoon with you unless you are handy with chop sticks.
Be polite and use your manners, remember it's a totally different culture to what we are used to, don't be the stereo type Brit on holiday.

Cheers Dave.

not my first time there but thanks for the advice. It's the only country I felt at home in I could live there no problems.

A martial Island race that has discipline and the desire to do things correctly what's not to like.

I love Onsen's (thumbs)
