Hi all,
I am Ali from Ankara, Turkey. I am buying my first bike next week. It would probably be a used GS 650 Dakar (2000). Or 660 Tenere (2009). Both are with low milage. Under 50k. Still not sure although ABR helps a lot. My first trip would probably be in next month to Central Anatolia region. I will join to a hunting gang. I am planning to gain experience about camping by hanging with them. BTW, any recommendation would be appreciated:)
Cheers.
Ali

Re: Hi from Turkey
Hi and welcome.
A great country to travel in. Rode out there a few years ago as far as Safranbolu then south to Cappadocia on to the coast then onto Rhodes.
Good luck with the bike search.

Welcome aboard from Somerset. Is it still nice and warm out there?
And now, Harry, let us step out into the night and pursue that flighty temptress, adventure.
