You obviously have far more faith in your Contractors, Phil...!

Mine are OK, but do need watching...
In yesterday afternoon and hopefully all done by 3-4pm tomorrow, 250ac in two days... Bloody amazing output!! Balers due tomorrow afternoon, so then 40-50ac of straw to clear before I am allowed out of the country ;)

My poor little Krone round baler gets a bit of indigestion at the output from a 10-11m header... Burp.
One fine day I'll tell you about harvesting olives ... (thumbs)

But if you had 250 ac of 'Arbequinos' after a few good years toy could pretty much retire

Especially Italian Olive orchards, where the hectare (claimed for subsidy) is that little bit bigger than anywhere else in the world...

I arrived in France on Sunday , at Cherbourg , to be welcomed by the army with sub machine guns, Franco and myself have tried not to use motorways , unfortunately anytime we'd used the auto route , the armed police have been our in force . Very sad times eh. Al

Especially as all the oil is imported in bulk from Spain and labeled as 'Italian' on the bottle!

Sorry Simon but that's a load of tosh, have you ever been to Puglia, Campania, Calabria, Basilicata. More olive trees than you can shake a stick at (lol). Some of them are even older than you
