Avon tyres

Anybody tried the new Avon Adventure tyres?? They seem to get good rest but how have users found them in use??

Do you mean Avon trailriders,I have them on for the past six weeks good in the wet and dry, good handling no tramlining.I find them better than tourance next my previous ones.Don't know about wear not been on long enough.

Hi I have them on both my 650 Honda single and the Stelvio great tyre so far and seem better the the Distanzia that it has replaced

Nice to hear that a UK manufacturer has hit the sweet spot, please post how you get along with them in the future, grip wet and dry, and wear.

Hi all, I have been using the Avon Trailmaster since their launch last year an find them brilliant, the dual compound and extra silicon make them very good on both motorway mile munching and very adequate on the twisties. Just returned ftom France and Belgium.... 1200 miles in torrential rain and was very sure footed at speed on the autoroutes....

I went through 2 pairs of Avon Storm 2 Ultras over a period of 3yrs,i got around 6000 miles from each set,fantastic tyres in all conditions and the best bit was they wore out a lot more evenly than all of the other dual compound stuff id had in the past,Avon are making very good tyres,don't hesitate.
