Top grub (thumbs)

Either buy some local bread wherever you are or add rice/pasta for a filling meal. I often chuck a pouch of boil in the bag rice in with the meal while it cooks in its pouch and they're ready at the same time though that stops you using the water for a cup of coffee :pinch:

just for folks info they do tend to be a bit heavy on the garlic....for those that dont like too much...one pan meal with boil in the bag rice...

the spag bol and chill are my favourite..with korma okay with a few Nans (thumbs)
