Which armour?

Post by Toecutter »

I've got two riding jackets, one leather and one textile. One has the standard yellow foam type armour, the other has a softer foam but with rigid plastic reinforcement. Given the armour's removable from both and I can swap them round, which is better? So for winter I wear my textile touring jacket, and I'm trying to figure out if I should put the hard plastic armour in it.
Any input appreciated.
Cheers

Whichever has the higher rating is probably better, assuming if fits well, and covers the area it's meant to. D30 armour is quite floppy till you hit something with it, not that I've tested that claim yet.

1+ on D30 also haven`t tested it but very soft and supple until you hit it with your knuckle when it hardens

The D30 Armour is very comfortable as is the Forcefield NET Armour.
