the busa for those ummm days officer

and thinking summat light i can throw on teh back of the camper when my skills get better

I only have (can afford and have space for) one so has to be a do it all bike... KTM 990 Adventure Dakar. Commutes, weekend ride outs with her, and have done a tour on it. Even had it off road a wee bit.

But it would be nice to have a cheap runabout for commuting on, and another bike for chilled weekend rides (vintage or something)

I always thought 3. One sports bike, one tourer and something a bit left field maybe a Harley or something.
However I'm now starting to think maybe more.

Now I want a sports bike to ride occasionally.
A super naked for blatting around on.
A touring bike.
A Harley
something to commute on.
A classic.

I've got some way to go as I only have 2 at the moment.....

But realistically nobody NEEDS more than one..

I only need one, my F800GT. It does everything I ask it to as well as any bike I've had, and I've had a few, but I have another, a 1990 Harley FXRS. This is because I used to have a Harley for my everyday transport and belonged to the Rider's club. I made some good friends and don't want to leave that world entirely so I use the Harley on Harley related occasions when I feel too embarrassed to turn up on the Beemer again. Anyway I love the look and the sound of the big air cooled v-twin.
