Re: Pics of your bike, packed and ready to go.
Well, almost packed and not really ready to go. I'm trying different set ups for a bike-and-hike trip to the fantastic Ordesa National Park in the Pyrenees next month.
While Moto Al and Redmurty (Spud) set of from Santander, hopefully with their guts right side in after a smooth crossing, I'll be doing a faily extreme hike - 1300 metres climb before breakfast and then bimble amongst some peaks. Then meet the boys back at the camping site - the beers are on them! - after which we'll be riding along the Pyrenees together going wherever the whim takes us.
I also want to have some spare capacity in case Al or Spud need to shed some excess pounds for the higher passes.
So I need minimal camping kit and special mountain gear; boots, poles, day bag, hydration, etc.
Way to go fellas . . .

Sounds great Simon
Say hello to the lads for me
Meanwhile I have to put a suit, shirt and tie on and go work in an office
Ordessa is beautiful - even in the rain!
