They are an unbranded cheapo copy of Oxford First Time, cost me £30. They've done me for quite a few trips. Expandable, strong, and hold a decent amount. Negatives are they are quite wide once on the bike if expanded, so filtering can be interesting (read taking paint off the side of cars of your not careful) and the waterproof covers which aren't waterproof last two minutes, so I just use heavy bin liners for anything that matters about getting wet.

I used heavy bin liners too, cost £2 for ten and fit my [strike]panniers[/strike] rucksacks perfectly, two weeks of camping somewhere different every night and they never let water in or wore through. And I've still got eight left!
