Thanks to all for the advice. Sorted now and pics are now up and away.
I was not appreciating that the picture size had such a great affect on the size,
I though it was all down to the resolution. 800 x 600 seems to work OK.
Thanks again I knew I could rely on you guys. (thumbs)
