Ahhh nostalgia, aint what it used to be. :side: First speed wobble I ever encountered was on my 400/4 and my first decking of an exhaust on a right hand bend, funny it went round left handers ok.
The secret of a long life is knowing when its time to go.

My two trusty steeds
The Guzzis not an 'adventure' bike as such..but it takes me everywhere

The BMW F650 Funduro is my 'proper' adventure bike..i had a 2001 F650GS,but prefer this one, good old fashioned carburettors and ECU as opposed to the more complicated electronics on the F650GS( stalling suddenly,e.g when executing a u turn in town with a pillion and lugage,(dispite having the most recent fuel map download,) i was going to sell it and get a V Strom 650,but decided to keep it instead and spend a bit on it,e.g 15t gearbox sprocket to improve the low down driveability,30mm bar risers, and engine bars,a nice bike, easy to manouver, service, and economical..in the range of 55 to 75 mpg..at £1.20 a litre, thats more important than top speed to me these days ""

Well, Here's mine...

1999 TDM850. Bit tatty, but the best (and indeed only) bike I've ever owned.

The picture is me trying to bag a pic for the Irish Photorally earlier in the year. Couldn't get near it for horseboxes (see the tailback leading along the ridge to the left), but you can just see the memorial on the right-hand horizon... hopefully this will qualify...
