Correct!

The Helinox chair has a weight rating of 145kg
The Hong Kong chair has a rating of 100kg

With that sort of difference I don't think they are the same chair.
The weight claims are only in Print without any serious test specs.
The cheapies have been tested to 150kgms. seee #262618 post.
And my mate who is about 150kg (over 23 stone?) is also hardly a serious test also?

Good enough test for my 82 kilo chasis to make a decision on it's robustness.
My knowledge of the Leisure camping industry would indicate that many of the products are badge engineered out of the same factory to meet multi wholesalers needs.
The only requirement being - How many do you want & What name do you want put on it!

Oh & when your back is turned we'll make a lot of no named "cabbage" for ourselves that we'll supply to any tom dick or harry to sell for half the price.
