Idea I picked up from another event-how about if everybody attending brings a bottle of their local brew?

Whether it be potcheen, a single malt, cider or a local bottle of real ale?

No nationally available brands allowed:)

It gives everyone a chance to sample your local........... err culture (hick)

Just spoken to the powers to be at the campsite and all is well for our event in September.

The cost for camping is per person per night at £5.50 + £1 per vehicle and £10 for the sheep dip (cawl) £5 of which will go directly to the Air Ambulance.
Hope everyone's ok with that.
You will need to book in with barbers at the farm house before pitching Your tent please.

Looking forward to meeting everyone again, and meeting new friends.

Big al.

Just a quick update.
I've spoke to some people at the Welsh air ambulance and unfortunately the aircraft will not be able to attend on that weekend, but the display helicopter can. With the aid of the charity van in toe.
There. Is still a few hurdles. To overcome at the moment but I'm sure I'll be able to sort this out.
The lamb for the cawl is just about ready to be.........!!!! Put in the pot
It's that fresh.
A small amount of help is required with the dishing out of the cawl on site please.
I hope all who turn up will enjoy the rideout planned and the lunch stop in a 16th century pub.
Thanks to all.
