Jeez, I'm 12st and my DR125 after much fettling still only does 56MPH..

I'm looking at the CRF250L. Although if the ALP Beta 4.0 is any good and a similar price I might go for that instead.

Today was cold but awesome, I have picked up some really bad habits in the last year and my trainer was ace. The power of the Suzuki GS500 was initially terrifying and impossible to control on the slow sections and then intoxicating in the fast bits. Seven hours in the saddle at 0degrees was hard work but I am already looking forward to tomorrow.
just had a look at both bikes, to me the CRF is the winner, bigger tank, better looking, JAP and £600 cheaper :)

i went out on my bike today, cold wasnt too bad with all the fat in me i barely feel any cold at all, but the freaking winds bageezus that was a nightmare.

anyhow, who's the trumpet that nicked the spring, give it back or else, end up in the freezer
If it doesnt have dirt on it, its because you're not riding it hard enough
