Hi all

Thanks for your support so far. So, the planning of this relay is a bit. It seems that there are plenty of you out there who want to take part, but pulling it together is a bit tricky.

I think the best thing to do is try to link together some rides/meets that are already happening as there will be plenty of riders coming and going from them anyway. I think the hardest thing is that all these events are at weekends, so the baton will need to move between the events during the week days. Hopefully there are enough folk out there to make this happen. Please let me know ASAP. These are the events I’m trying to link together. Does anyone know any other ones within the timeframe?

Ace Café 21st April
Chiltern Rally 27-28 April
Taffy Dakar 4/6 May
Ireland ABR 10-12 May
Scotland rides meets??? 18-19 May
Manchester/Linc/Yorkshire rides/meets 25-26 May
HUBB at Donnington 1-2 June

So how do we get the relay baton to/from those meets? Can each area organise any local rides that could link together, say in Scotland for example? I’ve no idea where you’d go, but bet it would be lovely.

So, let’s keep the ideas coming. The more people who get involved, the more cash we raise, and that’s what it’s all about.
