there is a few more bits to finish,the chain guard needs fitting,i have aquired a 21inch dakar front wheel for it,and i need to reshape and recover the seat.i am going to fabricate a small rack for carrying tools which will incorporate grab handles as there is nothing to get hold of to drag the back end out of rutts etc.a couple of weeks should see it finished :evil:

That's looking the business Mike!!! Not that I know much about these things but are the radiators a little exposed? Feel free to ignore, you know much more than me.

i agree with what you say about the radiator,i will be addressing this as it was completly blocked with mud on salisbury plains and starting to run a bit hot :laugh: on the standard bike it only has plastic cowls around it and i havnt damaged one yet despite many offs :whistle: but it is on the "to do list".i need to fit a new clutch first as is starts to slip at about 80mph :evil:

i decided to junk the standard chain guard as it gets in the way when the wheel needs to come out
