Led lights are a good thing in my opinion but no amount of lights are any good to the muppets I see all the time riding around Lincolnshire without any lights.

I tried led bulbs in Hella micro de on the Tenere but the vibration shook the bulbs to bits in about 5 miles!!!! and the standard 55w bulbs drained the battery in about the same lol

So shouldn't they be putting lights in the shapes of "faces" on all their bikes in 2012 if the idea is that good and reduces the risk of accidents?? Pahh!!

i got a set of REALLY good led lights from here
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/LED-FLOOD-LIG ... 4056wt_932

not just marker lights but a brilliant way to upgrade lights for little cost.
they dont draw much just a few amps so i just spliced into the loom for the headlamp on the dr800...which came with a candle

Is it not something to do with trains? Triangles? I am sure I have heard that, when you have 1 light at top then 2 under it, like the design on big locomotives,, happy to be corrected on that, I have 2 LED bullet lights from Bike-viz, and I I feel that they help to be seen by all the cage drivers
