Re: Canada and the U.S
Hey Jeffers, thanks for posting the link. It´ll be another 3 weeks or so by the time I run north to the US, and a few more before Canada.
Could you post a quick link on here each time you update the blog so I can follow your progress?
Cheers

Cheers pat will do, we plan to be in Canada for about 3-4 weeks before heading south on parts of the pan am. Had a great day yesterday getting the bikes out of customs, stand around and wait seems to be the motto. Customs the world over I guess, you can't rush them. How's things with you? Will catch up with your blog later.
Take care

Re: Canada and the U.S
Jeffers.... enjoy your trip, I'm sure you will.
Me and Mark did 6500 miles in the States last year visiting 19 states on the first part of our round world trip. We were made very welcome everywhere and I am sure you will find the same hospitality.
We used mostly Motel 6 and Super 8 accommodation which at around 39 dollars a night for both of us made for a cheap trip especially with petrol (or should I say "gas" now) being so cheap.
Safe journey
