I made a set ov Bark-Busters out a 3/8 X 3/4 Dural (As the stock ones would not go over the levers an also fixed way too short along the bars... An fixed them on wiv a Gold Bark-Buster Fixing Kit from MD Racing.... The ends near the stem fix on right up against the Handlebar Mounts. (Renthal Suzuki Motocross Bars. A centimetre or so longer than Trials bars wiv slightly more ov a bend to them.)
Then drilled an tapped 6mm fer to mount a set of "Dune Guards" from MD Racing... These start about 2 cm out from the end of the bars where the fixing point of the Bark Busters are.
The Dune Guards are a bit more ov a squared off profile inside than most guards so I was able to bend the Bark-Busters to the same profile when making them.
Then a set ov Touratech Handguard extenders were put on the inside top and secured wiv 2BA Set-screws and nuts and the join filled wiv Silicone....
