Hi and welcome . Good choice with the derbi terra I love mine . How on earth do you get 74 I'm 15stone and can only ever get 65 ish unless down hill .

I don't use ear plugs but the wind noise can be loud but not too bad . I love the helmet . I use a tinting fog city in mine .
