Win a day greenlaning in Wales with the team from Caofen

Riding off-road is some of the best fun you can have on two-wheels, but if you’re the owner of a big adventure bike, it might not be something you do often.

See, while some places like Salisbury Plain are great for big bikes, a lot of the smaller, trickier lanes are much tougher with 240kg-plus worth of bike underneath you. Not to mention, a lot of trails lay behind gates, which can be a nightmare to navigate a large bike through.

With this in mind, we’ve teamed up with the team at Caofen to bring you the chance to win a day’s riding on some fantastic greenlanes in Wales. That’s right, you’ll be able to explore cracking trails on Caofen’s small but thrilling F80 dirt bike without worrying about dropping your own bike, and you’ll be able to bring two mates along with you.

Introducing the Caofen F80

We saw a lot of you taking the Caofen F80 on the trails at the ABR Festival earlier this year, so some of you might already be familiar with the bike.

But for those of you who haven’t heard of Caofen before, the F80 is a lightweight trail bike that makes use of an energetic electric battery to provide thrills both on and off the road.

There’s two variants: the F80-Adventure and the F80 Off-Road, with the Adventure model essentially being a road legal version of the Off-Road. One amazing thing about these bikes is the weight: the F80 Adventure clocks in at a feathery 85kg, and that’s the heavier of the two!

The Adventure also delivers an enormous 260Nm of max torque to the rear wheel, while the Off-Road version puts out a staggering 310Nm, so you can imagine how much fun these are to ride in the dirt.

If you’re asking about range, the Adventure has a max range of 90 miles, which is more than enough for an afternoon of exploring local green lanes (providing you’re lucky enough to live local to some). Or, if you tend to trailer your petrol dirt bike to the lanes or off-road track, that’s enough for a few hours of fun.

So, if you want to go greenlaning with your mates in Wales on some incredibly fun little bikes, simply click this link to find out how you can.
