This show off the mouth watering design of the new bike and discuss the designs and ideas behind the creation of the machine which was revealed at last years INTERMOT expo in Cologne.
In the first interview, ‘A bike for enthusiasts, built by enthusiasts’ we were introduced to Tomohisa Ichimaru, the Product Planner behind the V-Strom 1000. The video starts off with an introduction to Ichimaru and then quickly moves on to the bike porn where we learn about the concept behind the V-Strom 1000.
The second set of videos, ‘built with passion, determination and Suzuki heritage’ lets us get to know the main Styling Designer in the V-Strom 1000 project, Tomoya Murakami.
Murakami, who has worked with Suzuki since 2003 drew all of the concept design sketches of the V-Strom 1000 and says he wanted the new bike to reflect the roots of Suzuki’s first adventure bike, the 1988 DR-Z.
