Kove launches adventure bike range at ABR Festival 2024

Chinese upstarts Kove have been making waves in the rally scene over the last two years, entering three of the company’s 450 Rally bikes in the 2023 Dakar Rally, all of which successfully finished the race without a hitch.

It’s impressive enough to finish one of the world’s most mechanically gruelling rallies without a fault, but even more impressive is the fact that these bikes are available direct to the consumer starting from £8,500 for the standard model, raising to £13,500 for the Rally Pro.

And now, Kove is bringing its wider adventure range to the UK, with the 800X Pro and 510X models both being shown for the very first time at the ABR Festival 2024.

These bikes are very promising, and we can’t wait to see them for ourselves. Read on to find out more about Kove’s adventure bike range.

Kove adventure bike range

While the 450 Rally is designed for hardcore off-road riding, the 800X Pro and the 510X are built with both off-road and on-road adventures in mind.

The 800X Pro caught our eye immediately with its wet weight of just 185kg, which is not bad for a bike featuring a KTM-derived 799cc parallel-twin engine, a 20l fuel tank, TFT display, and adjustable KYB suspension.

Meanwhile, the 510X is targeted more towards beginner riders, with A2-compliant specs and hardware pitting it against Chinese stablemates such as the Benelli TRK502 and the CFMoto 450, along with the likes of Honda’s NX500 and the Royal Enfield Himayalan 450.

We’re excited to see them both in two weeks’ time at the ABR Festival 2024.
