Tuesday Nights In Warwickshire

Last night Jason and myself went out for a ride around the leafy roads and lanes of Warwickshire stopping off for a pint of shandy and a natter in a country pub before heading back to Stratford. And a great night was had blowing away the stresses and strains of the day.

I'm thinking of making this a regular night for a random summer ride so if anyone would like to join us – be at the Motorcycle park in Stratford for 7pm on a Tuesday night and let's see where we end up.

Both Jason and myself will be out tomorrow night for a spin – are you and the Mrs going to make it? If so, which bike you riding?

Yes, the plan is missus on pillion of Africa Twin.

The Trumpet requires a new front tyre and a bit of farkling before it's ready for a two-up ride.

Nice one - that makes it a KTM 990, Tiger and the Twin. I'm thinking a tootle down to the Cotswolds and a stop in Snowshill?

If i was solo i'd take you up a green lane by Snowshill, i might anyway!

Might?! We must - well you could show us where it is.

Talking of green lanes I was over at Arden Motorcycles this morning chatting to a guy from Stratford who had his bike in for an MOT and he was on the committee of some green lane association - he rides bikes, quads and 4*4.

He'd also been touring around Europe quite often up until an unexpected pregnancy a few years back.
