Sunday Morning Hangover Blues

I was at a great wedding party knees up last night but, but, but.....never again.

Of course, the best cure for a hangover is to stay in with a good book and go to bed early on the night you intended to go out. But I've tried that and don't get on with it. Other than overdosing on coffee, water and a good fry up, is there really a cure for overindulging in your favourite tipple? Answers in the next 10 minutes, please!

I find driving is a really good hangover cure (though not always a pleasant tasting one!).

However, the inability to fully join in aside, it was a really good party, wasn't it? Lester and Lucy should be proud. I think "it was a good party" is one of the best complements you can give someone else's wedding.

How you feeling now that the day is a little older?

yep, I've had a bit of a 'bad day' today too :)

Loads of water/rehydration stuff, loafing about for a while, then off for a ride (push bike) to sweat the last of it out.

'Course there's always the 'hair of the dog' technique, but that's a slippery slope.....:P

Great to meet your lovely lady. She's great.

What the hell happened to Sunday? I'm getting far to old for wedding parties like that. Great to see both you there too.

If I remember right most of the chat on our table was about motorcycles - a trials rider to my right, Old Brit bike fan to the left, prospective GS rider oppossite. Great stuff.
