Lowering ‘22 Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro resolved.

Post by DavidS »

My long drawn out googling seemed to fail to find a satisfactory resolution to the prop stand conundrum when fitting Lush Racing lowering dog bones.

While picking up my bike after a service last week, I asked my Triumph dealer if anything can be done and, today, their suggestion of a GT Pro prop stand has proved successful. The bike sits perfectly as the stand is about 25mm shorter and the kit lowers 30mm (and drop the yokes 10mm).

I have left the centre stand on as I only use it at home so can put a plank on the shed floor.

I can’t vouch for this working with other Tigers or other years but is worth investigating if you are interested.
2022 Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro sadly gone due to ill health.
Now on a 2025 Triumph Scrambler 400X but may be fitter next year.
