Bike insurance…. Again GSA v GS

I have finally managed to get to a short list of bikes after riding a lot of the popular models.
New:-
Tenere 700 both standard and world raid
Triumph Tiger 900 Rally Pro
Africa Twin in standard with DCT
Suzuki V-strom 800 DE
BMW F900GS Enduro Pack
and used :-
2016 BMW R1200GSA
2017 BMW F850GSA
After riding the bikes I have come back to wanting a BMW GS having previously owned two LC adventure models.
Now to the insurance I have had quotes for the R1200 GSA and R1200GS and there is a significant difference in insurance price between the GS and the adventure version I cans get insured on a 2017 R1200 GS Rallye Sport for just under a 1000 and they want 2600 for a 2016 GSA Adventure TE.
Can anyone explain why there is such a massive premium on the GSA over the GS?
